The copyright in the material contained in this website belongs to T&T or its licensed source. Any person may copy any part of this material, subject to the following conditions:

  • The products and technology or processes described in this website may be subject to other intellectual property rights reserved by T&T or by other third parties (and no licence is granted in respect of those intellectual property rights);

Monitoring of Telephone Calls / Emails

Telephone calls using the telephone numbers provided on this website and email correspondence with T&T at the email addresses accessible through, or discernible from, this website may be recorded or monitored. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

Payment - Advance Fee: An advance fee of 50% of the total cost of the project is required before work can start. Clients should only pay this advance fee if they agree to our terms and conditions. Payment of the advance will be taken as agreement.


Payment - Refund Policy: After work on a website design commences advances are not refundable.

Payment Methods: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is only accepted by cheque or bankers draft in UK Pounds Sterling. If your cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a "returned cheque" charge of £50.

Full payment will be required within 5 working days after the work is handed over.

Late Payment 1: Any projects previously launched may be removed if payment is not forthcoming. When this occurs an additional minimum charge of £50 will be required to have the site restored.

Late Payment 2: Accounts that have not been settled within 7 days of our final reminder will incur a late payment charge of 10% of the amount outstanding. You will also be charged statutory interest of 8% above the reference rate (fixed for the six month period within which date the invoices became overdue) pursuant to the late payment legislation.

Future Support

Your website will be handed over as a fully functioning, completed work. Unless it has been agreed beforehand T&T is not responsible for future support. Support can be provided upon request for an agreed fee. Your website is offered as a single contract and no guarantee of the availability of future support from T&T is offered unless an ongoing support package has been agreed (warrenty).

Changes

After making an agreement of the design (web page design, all 3D project works) and project (Networking and further IT) planning, it is not possible to change the Design and/or Plan while the project is processing.
Note: Networking and other IT projects plans may be changeable reasonably.

Future Site Problems

Problems caused by malicious software, spyware, viruses and website hacking are a fact of life on today’s Internet. It is highly unlikely that these will affect your website, and T&T will endeavor to protect it from this as much as we can during its creation, but after the website is handed over we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by illegal activity or the actions of others unless a warrenty is was purchased.

Access to Client Hosting Space

We may require ongoing access to our clients’ hosting space to allow us to support and monitor their websites. This access is via a user ID and password combination, which the client may change after the website is handed over. If the client chooses to change the password we will no longer have access to the website and further support will not be possible. We cannot be held responsible for any changes made to the website by the client or the client’s agents.

Compliance with Ecommerce, Accessibility or Other Regulations

We design websites in accordance with the client’s specifications. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the website and its content comply with current online trading laws and regulations.
We cannot accept responsibility for any failure to comply with laws and regulations related to accessibility, selling online or those related to a specific business or trade. We may research this on the client’s behalf upon request, but in any business where complex compliance issues may exist we recommend that the client takes legal advice from their company lawyer. We can not accept responsibility for any of the client requested images and/or information have any failure or problems for any reason.

Cancellation

A valid cancellation will take place if the same is communicated in writing (with authorized signature of Client) within 5 days of agreement and is mutually agreed upon or full and final payment having been received by T&T. with respect to project.

Changes to Terms and Records of Agreements

T&T reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing or future customers. We may make changes or modifications to referenced policies and guidelines without notice to you. Your continued use of the Services following Website Pros' posting of any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

Applications for Services

Details of services (and any offers) provided online are subject to change without notice. All products and services are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this regard. The provision of details of services on this website are not, and should not be construed as, an offer sell or buy such services by the relevant company. The company advertising the services concerned may accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion.

Service Terms and Conditions

If you apply for any service detailed on this website, these Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with any other Terms and Conditions which relate to any such service and in the event of any contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and the specific Terms and Conditions relating to such service, the latter shall prevail.

Alteration

T&T may remove any website that has been altered from its origonal purpose to anything which may cause offence or commit a crime.

T&T New Media Solution reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or end to supply any product or service contained on this website. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.
