- CAD files, including plan/ceiling/floor/elevator (depending on project)
- Sketches if available
- Camera Angle(s)
- Sample pictures of textures and colors
- Tentative deadline for a project
Interior Design Process
Step 1 - Send us a photo of the room you would like us to design.
Step 2 - Send us furniture and items to add to the room.
Step 3 - Send us images of the new wall color and floor type.
Step 4 - We will evaluate your information and send you a quote on cost of the project.
Step 5- A completed 3D image of the updated room will be sent by digital format.
Exterior Design Process
Step 1 - Send us detail information on the type of home you would like us to create
Step 2 - Send us a sketches of your exterior design and/or floor plan and/or CAD file
Step 4 - We will create a draft of the exterior elevations and floor plans for the new building.
Step 5 - We will email the draft to you for approval.
Step 6 - Once the draft has been approved we will create all the construction plans and
renderings for the home.
Step 7 - All completed files will be sent by digital format.
